About the Artist
Welcome to the world I live in—It is colorful, compassionate, and chaotic.
I am optimistic, outgoing, eager to experience the richness of life, and often the loudest person in the room. I am fond of laughter, easily distracted, and still focused on achieving my goals. I am fervent about my faith and blessed by the relationships I have developed with my friends, family, and co-creators. Despite my apparent extroversion around others, I am constantly challenged by my desire to retreat home, reflect, and decompress in solitude—which is where most of my creating occurs.
To spectators, most of my life has been viewed as an “all gas, no brakes” type of mission. I was a young gal when I decided life was best experienced fearless, as fast as possible, and completely on my own rules and regulations. My early adult endeavors imbued consequences that became some of the most indelible life lessons. As I realized how beautiful it was to slow down and participate intentionally in each day up as it would never return, I fell in love with taking life moment by moment—and making every single one of these miracles count.
It has become typical that each morning I wake up with some sort of burning passion to either wreak havoc or create something communicative of my energy and emotion.
Each day, however, looks vastly different from one another.
Living in such a dynamic world, I have learned that my favorite part of life is not only in creating; but in creating connections, moments, and memories with other human beings who seek similar goals of fulfillment through the power of positivity, love, hard work, and lots and lots of laughter.
